06/12/2002 – Los relojes juegan un papel importantísimo en las vidas de los jugadores de ajedrez. No pueden quitarle la vista de encima, a riesgo de verse en apuros. Y en esa vinculación parece que han caído los publicistas y fabricantes. Hace poco dimos la noticia de que Alexandra Kosteniuk ha sido patrocinada por la marca suiza Balmain. Ahora les presentamos un anuncio del fabricante (también helvético) Blancpain, en el que Kramnik es el protagonista. En este caso no presta su imagen sino una frase, cuya traducción puede ser: "El tiempo es valioso cuando uno no tiene suficiente". En grande.
