Vallejo aún es duda para Calviá

08/06/2004 – Según informa el diario Última Hora, Paco Vallejo aún no ha llegado a un acuerdo con la Federación Española para formar parte del equipo español que tomará parte en la XXXVI Olimpiada de Ajedrez que se celebrará en Calviá. La mascota de la Olimpiada, Peonín, estuvo presente en el Torneo Magistral Ciudad de León, continuando su periplo por los torneos más importantes, promocionando la olimpiada y animando a participar en ella. Vallejo disputará el Memorial Petrosian en Moscú antes de desplazarse a Libia para disputar el mundial de la FIDE, en cuya primera ronda parece que se las verá con el chileno Rodrigo Vasquez.
