25/12/2001 – Se recupera este año el torneo de la capital navarra, que tendrá lugar entre el 27 de diciembre y el 5 de enero. Bologan, Almansi, Andersson, Conquest, Fressinet, Leitao, Radjabov, Narciso, Moreno y de la Riva disputarán un torneo que alcanza la categoría XIV. Sobre la figura de Teimur Radjabov y el incidente en sus partidas de desempate con Ehlvest en el reciente Mundial de la FIDE de Moscú tiene un interesante artículo Leontxo García en El País.
