06/07/2003 – Desde el día 5 de julio y hasta el próximo día 13, se enfrentan en un suizo a 9 rondas 145 jugadores, entre los que hay 14 Grandes Maestros y 3 jugadores con más de 2600 puntos (Nisipeanu, Epishin, Khenkin, Kuzmin...) Se repartirán 12.000 euros en premios. En la primera ronda ha habido algunos empates sorprendentes, como las tablas entre Cheparinov y Huguet. Tiene toda la información en la página de la FEVA.
