11/04/2004 – Entre el 3 y el 9 de abril se ha disputado en Donostia, en los salones del Hotel Costa Vasca. Con gran emoción (A la última jornada llegaron 9 jugadores empatados en cabeza) la victoria ha ido a parar a las manos de Alberto Andrés, por mejor coeficiente de desempate que Kevin Spraggett, pues ambos lograron 7 puntos de los 9 posibles y dejaron atrás a jugadores de la talla de Korneev, Veingold, Cheparinov, Cifuentes, Conquest...
