12/08/2020 – El gran maestro indio Adhiban Baskaran le ha dado duro a nuestra aplicación para el entrenamiento táctico de la Cuenta ChessBase. Bueno, "dar duro" más bien subexagera, pues, le ha dado una auténtica paliza. Lanzó ganchos de derechas e izquierdas, patadas voladoras y todo tipo de toques, fricciones, punciones o golpes especiales, en ángulos múltimples en lo que es la táctica del ajedrez. Es un placer ver a un gran maestro realizando semejantes acrobacias con el cerebro. Hace una semana Adhiban lanzó un canal en YouTube y ha publicado algunas pruebas de sus hazañas tácticas. Es genial.

¿Un nuevo récord?
Adhiban Baskaran acaba de estrenar su propio canal en YouTube. Desde el lanzamiento hace una semana, ya tiene 15.000 suscriptores. Pero no es extraño porque todo el mundo le aprecia por su manera de ser. Es gracioso, relajado y muy auténtico. Y su risa es totalmente contagiosa.

Adhiban ha llamado la atención en varias ocasiones, no en el último lugar por su excelente rendimiento.
Primero se alzó con el tercer puesto en el Torneo Tata Steel Chess en 2017 a pesar de haber sido el jugador con la valoración Elo más baja de todos los jugadores de su grupo. ¡Dejó atrás a jugadores como, por ejemplo, Levon Aronian, Sergey Karjakin, Anish Giri e Ian Nepomniachtchi!
Un un vídeo que publicó recientemente en YouTube, procuraba batir el récord de problemas solucionados en nuestra aplicación de entrenamiento táctico de la Cuenta ChessBase. Mostró un rendimiento increíble. Pero poco tiempo más tarde otro retador superó el récord de Adhiban. Todavía más increíble.
El gran maestro turco de 22 años, Cemil Can Ali Marandi, alias "Dust Tornado" se adelantó a Adhiban en la lista de los mejores. Por cierto, el apodo de Adhiban es "The Beast", ("El Bicho").
Además está Dommaraju Gukesh, que también es un aspirante muy fuerte a los primeros puestos.
