Las bases del torneo
Organiza la Federació Catalana d’Escacs (FCE) con el patrocinio del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona. El sistema de juego será por sistema de liga a una vuelta. Participarán ocho jugadores cuya fuerza de juego hace que el torneo tenga la categoría XIV. El ritmo de juego será de 90 minutos + 30 segundos de incremento para las primeras 40 jugadas, más 30 minutos + 30 segundos de incremento por jugada. (90'/40 + 30) + 30'' incremento. No se permitirá efectuar proposiciones de tablas antes del control (jugada 40).
Se les dará la partida por perdida a aquellos jugadores que lleguen con más de 20 minutos de retraso
Paralelmente se disputarán dos torneos de promoción de sub-10 y sub-12 que llevarán el nombre de Memorial Arturo Pomar (ver circular). Categoría: XIV-XV
El lugar del encuentro será la sede de la Federación Catalana. Recinto de Fabra i Coats (Calle Sant Adrià, 20, Barcelona). Entrada libre y gratuita.
Las rondas se disputarán entre el 22 y el 28 de octubre 2016, a partir de las 16:30 CEST. Habrá retransmisiones en el servidor de ChessBase, Playchess.com
Según la ley impositiva española se efectuará una retención del 15% a los residentes en España, del 19% a los residentes en la Unión Europea, y del 24% a los residentes en países del resto del mundo.
Todos los participantes deberán comentar una de sus partidas disputada en este torneo, que se publicará en el “Butlletí d’Escacs”, revista editada por la Federación Catalana de Ajedrez.
Desempates:
Los premios no se repartirán entre los jugadores empatados. Los desempates se resolverán mediante:
1. Más partidas jugadas con negras 2. Resultado individual 3. Sonneborn-Berger 4. Mayor número de victorias
Varios:
La sala de juego estará equipada con pantallas para visionar las partidas. En otra sala podrán seguirse las partidas comentadas por un maestro de reconocido prestigio. Al finalizar las partidas, serán los propios jugadores los que analizarán su partida para el público.
