Ivan Bukavshin

Ivan era uno de los talentos más grandes de ajedrez no solamente de su país, Rusia, sino de todo el mundo. Falleció de manera trágica el 12 de enero de 2016 tras sufrir una apoplejía. Nacido el 3 de mayo de 1995, Bukavshin, ha cumplido 20 años, ocho meses y nueve días. Su valoración Elo actualmente era de 2658 y estaba considerado como uno de los talentos más prometedores de Rusia. Sus resultados y actuaciones brillantes a lo largo del año 2015 sugerían que iba a convertirse en uno de los jugadores de la elite mundial en los próximos años. Su muerte es una gran pérdida para Rusia y para el mundo del ajedrez.
