En la modalidad de "hiper bullet", los jugadores únicamente disponen de 30 segundos por partida. ¿No se podría aumentar el ritmo aún más? ¿Qué tal con 15 segundos para la partida completa? Eso es estúpido y ya no tiene nada que ver con el ajedrez, dirán algunos. Ruben Mantel en parte está de acuerdo con ello, pero no por completo. En una entrevista "relámpago" que nuestro colega Arne Kähler realizó con Ruben (en inglés), nos cuenta qué es el encanto que tienen para él el juego "ultra bullet" y habla de los puntos a favor y en contra de que dicha modalidad un poco alocada puede servir para destruir o bien para mejorar nuestro juego. Entrevista relámpago con Ruben Mantel
Arne Kähler (que ha conducido la entrevista) y Ruben Mantel se han enfrentado en una tremenda batalla de ajedrez rápido. El pobre Ruben no solamente tenía que responder a las preguntas mientras jugaba sino también concentrarse en la partida en paralelo. Eso ha conducido a respuestas y a movimientos interesantes.
