Magistral de Praga R8: David Navara derrota a Vidit Gujrathi en una partida emocionante

21/02/2020 – La octava ronda le brindó una desilusión al que anteriormente había sido el líder del torneo, Vidit Gujrathi. En la partida con David Navara, el joven gran maestro indio sufrió una derrota. Tras un fuerte sacrificio de pieza por parte de Vidit, esta tenía una posición ganadora contra Navara (en la foto). Pero al final Vidit metió la pata y estropeó todas las posibilidades de ganar la partida. Si hubiese ganado la partida, ya se habría coronado campeón al falta de la última ronda. Ahora, todo depende de lo que pasará hoy en la novena y última ronda. Vidit Gujrathi sigue al mando con 5,5/8 pero aún podrá ser alcanzado por Nikita Vitigov, David Antón o Alireza Firouzja. ¡Continua la emoción! | Foto: Petr Vrabec

Festival de Ajedrez de Praga 2020

Del 11 al 22 de febrero de 2020

La idea de organizar un Festival de Ajedrez en Praga surgió en 2017. La primera edición de la historia se realizó en marzo de 2019. El lugar del encuentro es el Hotel Don Giovanni en Praga.

Una de las metas principales de los organizadores es, crear la oportunidad para los jugadores checos jugar un torneo en la capital de su país y facilitar a la cantera checa, enfrentarse con jugadores experimentados de la elite mundial.
