25/11/2019 – Hoy se disputó la primera jornada de la manga de partidas de ajedrez relámpago del Torneo Tata Steel Chess India 2019 "Grand Chess Tour Rapid & Blitz". Después de que el Campeón del Mundo, Magnus Carlsen ya su hubiese adjucado el torneo de ajedrez rápido, hoy continuó arrasando: cinco victorias y tan solo una derrota (contra Ding Liren). Pero lo más especial del torneo es la afición de los seguidores indios que acuden da manera masiva y "festejan" el acontecimiento organizado en su país. Entre el 22 y el 26 de noviembre se va disputar el torneo "Tata Steel India 2019" que forma parte del la serie de torneos del Grand Chess Tour Rapid & Blitz. La final se disputará en Londres en diciembre. Los 10 participantes en Calcuta serán: Magnus Carlsen, Levon Aronian, Vishy Anand, Hikaru Nakamura, Wesley So, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Pentala Harikrishna, Vidit Gujrathi, Ding Liren y Anish Giri. El torneo se disputa por sistema de liga.
