Cada equipo tiene que contar con, como mínimo, con un francés, un hombre y una mujer. Como mínimo, 4 de los 8 jugadores tienen que estar federados en Europa. Por último, si hay jugadores con diferencias de más de 100 puntos Elo, el que tenga la valoración superior tiene que jugar en un tablero más alto que el menos fuerte. Suena lógico.
