28/11/2017 – Tras las dos jornadas con partidas rápidas en los dos torneos cuadrangulares (6 rondas en total, tanto en la prueba femenina como en la absoluta) en el Torneo Regilor en Medias, Vassily Ivanchuk ha sido el vencedor absoluto a ese ritmo, con un marcador final de 4/6 puntos, por delante de Sergey Karjakin (3,5/6). Anna Muzychuk se ha coronado ganadora de la sección femenina con 4,5/6. Anatoly Karpov estuvo presente el día de la inauguración. XI Torneo Regilor
Vassily Ivanchuk y Anna Muzychuk ganaron las partidas rápidas
Hace 10 años se disputó el primer torneo "Regilor" o "Kings Tournament" de carácter internacional, patrocinado por Romgaz. En 2017, hay una doble competición, de ajedrez rápido y relámpago, con categorías absoluta y femenina. El año pasado se vieron las caras Hou Yifan y Vladimir Kramnik.
