10/05/2019 – Tras las primeras seis rondas en el torneo de ajedrez rápido, el Campeón del Mundo de Ajedrez, Magnus Carlsen ha tomado el mando en solitario en el Grand Chess Tour en Abiyán (Costa de Marfil). Ayer en las partidas de la segunda jornada, Carlsen se apuntó dos victorias y un empate. Hikaru Nakamura podría haber compartido el mando de Carlsen, pero no logró exprimir la ventaja ganadora en su partida contra Bassem Amin. Es más, incluso perdió la partida y ahora va con dos puntos de desventaja por detrás de Carlsen. Esta tarde se disputarán las rondas 7 - 9 en la modalidad de ajedrez rápido y el fin de semana tocará la manga de partidas de ajedrez relámpago.
