Pero en las últimas tres partidas tan solo se apuntó un punto de tres. Magnus Carlsen e Hikaru Nakamura, sin embargo, ganaron las tres partidas. Adelantaron a Aronian y fueron declarados campeones conjuntos. Mañana, Nakamura y Carlsen ya se volverán a ver las caras en la contienda de Ajedrez Rápido y Relámpago.
